Our History:
ProKnowledge LLC was formed in 2016 to meet the professional development needs of employers and individuals alike.
ProKnowledge’s affiliate, MicroKnowledge, Inc., has been meeting the technology and desktop application training needs of its clients for nearly 40 years. However, many MicroKnowledge clients required additional professional development training for their employees, supervisors, and leaders. ProKnowledge (PK) was created to fill this gap. Training on “essential skills,” like management and leadership, corporate culture, managing change, conflict resolution, communication, and productivity became the focus of the PK team. As a result, their training was designed to enhance the skills of their client’s teams and increase the efficiency of organizations.
Two Companies One Philosophy - Integra HR, LLC Acquired PK
In February 2023, Integra HR, LLC was thrilled Kathleen Pingelski, Former ProKnowledge Founder, chose them to acquire PK and continue her legacy of outstanding service and commitment to developing employees and leaders. As a result, Integra has been able to expand training offerings and provide even more services to organizations. At Integra, it has always been about doing what is right and helping our community. We solve problems for businesses, helping them to navigate the complexities of human resources and their people so they can focus on their core business. Joining forces with a company as passionate about our work and our client’s success as we are, is what continues Kathleen’s legacy and writes the next chapter in our story.

I began my career as a high school teacher and have been working in Talent Development for over 10 years. I’ve held several leadership positions within the industry, twice serving in a Head of Talent Development role. I led the Talent Development team at Broadview Federal Credit Union through one of the largest mergers in credit union history and published an article in TD Magazine about our journey to become ONE high-trust, high-performing team.
