This workshop is designed for participants who are interested in establishing their own brand, namely, what their image says about them, what beliefs and core values they hold, as well as an examination of ethical behavior in the workplace. During this workshop, each participant will create a Personal Mission Statement following a step-by-step process that taps into their professional and personal achievements, behaviors, and motivators. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization with customized content; ideal for Sales and Customer Service teams.
Length of Session: up to 2 hours
Target Audience: All staff levels, and specifically for anyone who is customer-facing, such as Customer Service, Sales, Territory Managers and Sales Management personnel
