Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders

This program enables attendees to understand their own leadership behaviors and how these impact their effectiveness. Participants receive customized reports indicating their own strengths and challenges on 18 leadership behaviors in the areas of Vision, Alignment, and Execution. The program encourages leaders to take action using personalized tips and strategies, context-specific feedback, and developmental steps. The report also includes the individual’s DiSC profile. DiSC is used in this program to help participants understand how their own tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations. The Group Report identifies the aggregate strengths and challenges of a leadership team.
