This course is designed to build the skills that are essential to following the hiring process from job description review to candidate selection. This course provides the manager with the ability to effectively match the key responsibilities of a role with the range of candidates to select the one who most aptly fits the role and the organization. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization with customized content.
