This session will provide opportunity to discuss and gain insight to the ever-changing landscape of the U.S. workforce and its reflection of the generational makeup of the average American office. We will show how creativity and planning are vital tools in producing a mutually beneficial work environment in which all generations can thrive and feel valued. Management scenarios will be discussed to identify how inter-generational perspectives can be used to develop solutions for generational workplace challenges. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization with customized content.
