Managing the Wave of Change
This session will provide insight to what Change is, its phases and how individuals respond to change initiatives. We will show how employees’ responses to Change are manifested, and how to respond and coach them through the phases of Change. A planning tool will be introduced, which can be used during a change initiative to ensure comprehensive and positive communication is delivered. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization with customized content.
