This course is designed to provide participants with tips and practices to get more productivity from their day by applying proven methods of addressing the never-ending influx of email, tasks, meetings and unexpected disruptions. Participants will apply these methods to various scenarios and a case study that will challenge their pre-conceived ideas of what it means to be productive. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization with customized content.
