Supervisor Boot Camp 2.0


This intensive course is designed to equip experienced supervisors with the “next level” set of skills beyond those offered in the Supervisor Boot Camp for newer supervisors. Participants will develop these skills using various exercises and case scenarios with emphasis on expanding the depth of their Management and Leadership toolkit. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site or via virtual classroom for your organization using customized content in a 1-day or multi-module format.

Length of Sesson: 1 day or as individual modules per duration below

Target Audience: Those who have at least 1 year in a supervisory role and/or have completed ProKnowledge’s fundamental Supervisor Boot Camp series.
