Supervisor Boot Camp
This 2-day intensive course is designed to equip new or recently promoted supervisors with an essential toolkit of skills focused on managing themselves and their staff to peak performance. Participants will develop these skills using various exercises and case scenarios with emphasis on their transition from individual contributor to management team member. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization with customized content.
