The Diversity Puzzle at Work

This course is designed to create awareness of each participant’s unique diversity, both external and internal, through interactive exercises and creation of a Diversity Puzzle that represents the “pieces” that each of us brings to our respective departments, agencies and/or organizations. Included is discussion on Unconscious Bias and how organizations can act to create an inclusive environment where differences are valued and acknowledged. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization with customized content.

Length of Session: 1 to 1.5 hours
